Our laptop failed during an overseas holiday. Whilst in Singapore we decided to have William at Digital Hospital take a look. We thought it was a failed motherboard (from the indicating blinking lights) and we were looking at an expensive replacement. However after taking a quick look at the motherboard, William diagnosed the problem as a short circuit. He reset the motherboard and we had our laptop back working within 1 hour.
